BKCS Welcomes Cirque AmongUs

It was a beautiful day for the show. Grades K - 5 put on a circus show for the school. The Cirque AmongUs group spent the morning "training" the students in their chosen acts. In the afternoon the rest of the students watched the performance. Thank you to all the teachers and volunteers for making the day a great success!

Mr. Verellen, Why the pink hair?

"It was an incentive/reward for the students for the Jump Rope For Heart and Hoops For Heart this past year. They had to raise a total of $4,500 to get the pink hair...$5,000 for my hair shaved. Well, they did a great job and totaled $4,865.99. Hence the pink hair."
